How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment, please use our booking form.

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 12pm. We are closed on Sundays.

What are your payment methods?

We accept EFTPOS, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit card payments.

Can I come for emergency care at anytime?

We do not operate outside of our opening hours. For after hours emergencies when we are closed, please contact Animal Referral Centre in Albany and Freemans Bay, the North Shore After Hours in Glenfield or Animal Emergency Centre emergency clinics. Make sure you call the Emergency Clinics before going there.
