COVID 19 & Bringing Your Pet To The Clinic

Auckland is at level 2 alert for the COVID pandemic.

  • Only one person to come into the clinic with their pet. Please get other family members to wait in the car.

  • If the waiting room has more than one person in it we will ask you to wait to be seen in a consult room or your car, this allows social distancing.

  • Wearing a face mask when you attend the clinic is encouraged and appreciated.

  • If you don't wish to come into the clinic remain in your car and phone reception on (09) 481 0061 we will organise a nurse to collect your pet and a vet will phone you to conduct the consultation.

Please bring your cellphone to the clinic with you

If you have a cough, sneeze or cold like symptoms, if you have tested positive for COVID or have been in contact with someone who has COVID you must let us know by phone. Do not enter the clinic. Phone us on your arrival. We can treat your pet but we need to know these things in advance and it would be better if you could organise someone else to bring your pet to the clinic if possible.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

Kia Kaha and we’ll get through this together.
